Hush is celebrating London Food Month with a series of “Secret Supper Clubs,” featuring a host of special guests.

Join us for a welcome drink in Hush’s brand new Aviator bar, then head upstairs to our beautiful Private Dining Room for a dinner curated by these exciting guests.

  • - Friday, 16th June: Sabrina Ghayour, “Golden Girl of Persian Cookery” -

    We’re delighted to welcome Sabrina Ghayour into the Hush kitchen for a Middle Eastern feast!

    Named ‘Rising Star of 2014’ by The Observer newspaper, Sabrina is an Iranian-born, self-taught cook and multi-award winning author. Sabrina made her name hosting the hugely popular ‘Sabrina’s Kitchen’ supper club. Her debut cook book ‘Persiana – Recipes from the Middle East and beyond’, published by Octopus on 6th May 2014, became a runaway success. It topped the UK’s bestseller lists and receiving countless accolades.

    On the Night

    First, enjoy a Cucumber & Mint Gimlet featuring London No.1 Gin  in Hush’s Aviator Bar. Then, you’ll be guided upstairs, to enjoy a sumptuous three course meal served family-style in Hush’s Private Dining Room. A selection of London No.1 Gin cocktails will be available on the night, to enjoy with your feast.

  • - Wednesday, 21st June: Cooking with Taittinger -

    Mark Twain once said “too much of anything is bad, but too much champagne is just right.”

    If you agree with this sentiment, join us on Wednesday 21st June, where you’ll be enjoying the good stuff both in your glass and on your plate.

    Hush are delighted to have collaborated with house favourite, Taittinger champagne, and their UK Family Director, Kevin McKee, to create a 3 course menu, each course featuring a different Taittinger cuvee. Each course will be paired with a tasting glass of each cuvee, and you will get the chance to learn more about this fantastic brand.

    On the Night

    Join us in Hush’s Aviator Bar for a Taittinger aperitif. Then, head upstairs, where Kevin will guide you through each course, and tell you more about Taittinger’s stunning cuvees.

  • - Friday 30th June: Ching He Huang, Californian-Chinese Banquet -

    Hush is excited to welcome International Emmy nominated TV chef & best-selling cookery author Ching He Huang to Hush to create a feast of Californian-Chinese cooking.

    The evening will be sponsored by George Clooney and Rande Gerber’s award-winning Casamigos tequila, so expect a tequila-fuelled evening of fun!

    Ching is an ambassador of Chinese cooking around the world, is the face of multiple television series and a regular guest chef on UK television. She has published seven cookbooks to date, making her the go-to-girl for modern Chinese cooking.

    On the Night

    First, enjoy a bespoke Casamigos cocktail in Hush’s Aviator cocktail bar on arrival. Then, join Ching in Hush’s oak-paneled dining room for an array of California-Chinese dishes. A selection of cocktails will be available on the night, to enjoy with your California-Chinese feast.
