    To celebrate London Fashion Week, we’ve launched an exclusive set menu, complete with four cocktails, each one inspired by timeless fashion icons.

    Choose from the likes of Plancha Tiger Prawns in a chilli dressing served with burnt lime to start, followed by Roasted Tuna in a pistachio crust served alongside aubergine caviar & fennel salad. Finish with an indulgent treat such as Elderflower & Prosecco JellyJersey Cream.

    Alongside 3 delectable dishes, enjoy a bespoke Icon cocktail, created by Hush Mixologist William Solorzano to celebrate some of fashions eternal favourites. Try the Audrey Hepburn, Sophia Loren, Coco Chanel or the Elizabeth Taylor.

    Raise a glass to your Valentine at Hush this year, because we’re offering you and your loved one a complimentary bespoke cocktail when you book to dine with us in Blades on February 14th.

    Enjoy our decadent Blades menu and choose between two specially created cocktails on the night. Plump for the decadent Flowers, with Rose Liqueur, Aelder Elderberry Elixir & Taittinger Brut or the sweet and citrusy Candy, made with Camomile & Orange infused London No1 Gin and Limoncello & Pineapple. They’re sure to get your hearts a-fluttering.

  • - SKI SEASON IS BACK! -

    Our iconic courtyard has been transformed into an alpine retreat, complete with vintage skis, reindeer skin draped sofas, bespoke Hush blankets & hot water bottles to keep the cold at bay.

    Until the 26th February, the Hush menu will receive a Ski Season takeover, featuring après-ski favourites such as Onion Soup with Gruyere Croutons, Chicken Schnitzel with Spaghetti Tomato and Grand Marnier Crème Brûlée, available as part of a set menu for £23 for two courses, or £26 for three. Those fancying a quicker bite can also enjoy “Petit Plats” such as Baked Vacherin Mont d’Or, or Croque Monsieur served with Hush’s signature Aspen Fries, tossed with truffle and parmesan.

    Sipped alongside these are a range of “Get Piste” cocktails, from Warm Spiced Plum Cider, served with a ginger bread cookie for nibbling to the William Curley Hot Chocolate, created exclusively for Hush by the master chocolatier. Or, for true decadence, opt for a glass of “The World’s Most Expensive Mulled Wine”.

  • - CLASSICS IN THE COURTYARD IS BACK -

    Back for a fourth year running, Classics in the Courtyard is Hush’s season of Al Fresco film screenings. Hush’s iconic cobbled courtyard is transformed into an outdoor movie theatre, screening an array of cult films & festive favourites. Our full a la carte menu is available throughout the evening, and we have complimentary popcorn, heaters, hot water bottles and bespoke Hush blankets to keep the cold at bay.
